On February 13-15, 2019, a meeting was held at the site of the Customs Legislation Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) to discuss the draft EEC regulatory documents prepared for signing.

The purpose of the drafts was to determine the order of movement of goods according to the customs transit procedure.

The following issues were publicly discussed at this meeting:
*  Procedure for filling inthe transit declaration of customs operations (related to the route of movement of transit goods).
*  Issuance and use of certificates of approval for vehicles under customs seals in the EAEU states.
The most significant was the first question, which determines not only the order, but also the form for filling in the transit declaration.

All the questions planned for discussion were considered in the process of constructive dialogue. For the first time, Arthur Yamalov, the General Director of TL GROUP, took part in the meeting as an expert.

Our company supports the conclusion of high-quality regulatory documents of the Board and EEC commissions, which will speed up and simplify customs procedures.

We highly appreciated the format of the event, because it was possible in real-time communication and discussion to withdraw those issues that participants of foreign economic activities often face when documenting and performing customs operations with goods.
