On 1st October 2015, the wheat export duty was reduced in Russia. It is noted that the duty will amount to a half of the declared value minus 6.5 thousand rubles.
Thus, the duty size has been reduced from 50 to 10 rubles per ton. And the durum wheat has become nondurable from now on.
Experts note that the tax introduction has considerable reduced the delivery volumes. Now, the largest wheat buyers are Turkey, the RSA, and Egypt.
