On 21st September 2015, the Rosselkhoznadzor (Russian Agricultural Supervision) permitted deliveries of apples, plums, pears, quinces, cherries, sweet cherries, apricots, and nectarines from Moldova. According to the agency, 46 enterprises have received the permits.
According to the Rosselkhoznadzor’s data, examinations of fruits didn’t reveal any objects subject to quarantine in Russia in the quarantineable products delivered from Moldavia. In the near-term outlook, all fruit deliveries from Moldova will be performed as an experiment. In August of the present year, a number of Moldova’s enterprises were permitted to import fruits into the Russian Federation too.
It will be recalled that in 2014 the Rosselkhoznadzor introduced temporary restrictions on the quarantineable products imports from the Republic of Moldova into the Russian Federation. TRANSLOGIX actively cooperates with fruit importers from the Republic of Moldova and other countries, providing services of customs clearance and transportation.
