On a number of occasions, a minimum set of documents is sufficient to confirm the customs value:

Export declaration for current delivery
Price list and /or commercial offer
Order / pro forma invoice for current delivery

In most cases, a complete set of documents is required to be submitted for goods with a low customs value.

”On the approval of the Instruction for carrying out a check of the correctness of the declared customs value of goods to be imported (imported) into the customs area of the Customs Union, and the Regulation of actions of customs officials in the control and adjustment of the customs value of goods”.

Using your personal secure account in our electronic system, you can get complete on-line information about your cargo from any terminal (laptop, smartphone, iPhone, etc.) at any moment, day and night, so you can make up plans for your further activities. Concurrently, you can monitor our activities.

The system of SMS information about the status of goods in readable format informs the customer of the key moments occurring with the goods: declaration number and/or name of a cargo, date of release or time of removal of the container from the territory of the port, as well as any information relevant to a particular customer.
