Meeting of the Transport Business Dialogue of the Commonwealth of Independent States

On January 25, 2024, at the Branch of the CIS Executive Committee in Moscow, the second meeting of the Transport Business Dialogue of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held, organized by the Association “Business Center for Economic Development of the CIS”, the International Coordination Council for Trans-Eurasian Transport and the Executive Committee of the Coordination Transport Meeting of the CIS Member States .

Topic of the meeting: “International transport corridor “North-South” and industry integration in the Commonwealth of Independent States.”

The meeting was attended by General Director of TL GROUP Artur Vilyevich Yamalov.

During the meeting, participants discussed a number of important issues:

– About the prospects of the North-South MTC to become the most important integration transport project of the CIS;

– Improving the infrastructure of waterways, railways and roads;

– Transportation in the North-South route in the national strategies of the CIS member states;

– Best practices in organizing transport services along the North-South MTC highway;

– Expansion of goods flows along the route.
